These terms govern the use of 4r-group.com (the "Site"), operated by 4R Group FZCO, a free-zone company licensed in IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms.

1. No offer or solicitation
Information published on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or any commitment of any kind. Binding terms arise only through a signed contract executed by an authorised representative of 4R Group FZCO.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but provide it without warranty of any kind. Trade-press references, partner names, market commentary, and forecasts are provided in good faith and may be revised without notice.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, the 4R monogram, page layouts, and JSON-LD structured data — is the property of 4R Group FZCO or its licensors. You may view and reference content for non-commercial information purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.
4. Confidentiality of enquiries
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are handled as commercial correspondence and not disclosed to any party outside the recipients listed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links
The Site may reference third-party companies (banks, producers, ports). We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party websites and the inclusion of any name does not imply endorsement, partnership, or agency unless explicitly stated.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, 4R Group FZCO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the IFZA free zone where applicable. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
